With an 81.08-percent passing rate in January 2020, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) managed to rise by 6.08-percent from its 75-percent passing rate last January 2019 in the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) January 2020 architecture licensure examinations released earlier today, Jan. 29, 2020.
30 out of 37 takers from the College passed the examinations, losing a spot in the top ten rankings as compared to last year when Benildean architecture alumnus Angelo Ezekiel Pallorina Nuestro ranked third out of 1,990 takers.
Only University of Santo Tomas, with an 85.19-passing rate (92 passers out of 108 takers), and MAPUA University (For M.I.T.) – Manila,with an 80.39% (41 passers out of 51 takers) made it to the list of Top Performing Schools.
The national passing rate continued to decrease as it reachers 55.72-percent (1,242 passers out of 2,229 takers)—a 0.56-percent decrease from last year’s 56.28-percent passing rate (1,120 passers out of 1,990 takers), and a 1.88-percent decrease from January 2018’s 57.60-percent (1,126 passers out of 1,955 takers).
