Opened last September 2019, “Nolita” is back in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) after moving from Alabang. From various menu choices, with sandwiches and desserts to cocktails and craft beers, it is now rebranding its identity as a simple New Yorker pizza hub.

NOLITA, or “North of the Little Italy,” first opened on High Street in 2012 with a larger space compared to now. After a short stint in Alabang in 2017, the “little neighborhood” serving the best pizzas in town is back with its authentic New York (NY) take in Food District Signatures on 5th, BGC, Taguig City.

In an interview with The Benildean, Managing Director Patrick Santos shared that they target to stay with the identity of having authentic pizza servings which the “little neighborhood” in New York is famous for.

“We wanted to change the format; change the concept of Nolita. From having a more varied menu, we wanted to start off through streamline it and focused mainly on pizzas. […] Also, one thing we mainly want to concentrate on is our pizza delivery,” Santos said.

The Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU) Business Management alumnus added that aside from importing the ingredients abroad, NOLITA’s pizza flavors are crafted by American Chef Cuit Kaufman, making the NY-style of pizza a more authentic feel.

Bestseller slices of pizzas such as “Chicken Parmesan” (Php 260) for meat lovers and “Wild Mushroom Walnut” (Php 250) for vegetarians are definitely a must try! Choose “Spicy Italian Sausage” (Php 220) flavor if you want that extra kick to your taste buds.

Other customers may enjoy the sumptuous flavours of “White Cheese” (Php 160); “Broccoli and Cheese,” “Four Cheese,” “Spinach and Cheese,” and “Fresh Tomato and Garlic” (Php 180); or “Sausage and Pepperoni Mushroom” and “Buffalo Chicken [with or without] Blue Cheese” (Php 260). With a price range of Php 940 to Php 2,320 pesos, customers get to enjoy a box of 22-inch size of pizza!

With its distinct crunch to a nicely soft texture of crust, authentic flavors of NY come together as other premium options are being served like “Steak and Egg,” “Pesto Grilled Chicken and Sundried Tomato,” and “Shrimp & Carbonara.”

Several pastas are also available with “Mac and Cheese” (Php 230), “Sausage Bolognese” (Php 270), and “Pesto Ricotta Pizza” (Php 260).

Satisfy your cravings with Nolita’s premium slices of pizza by visiting their location at Food Districts Signatures on 5th, One Bonifacio High Street Mall, 5th Ave., BGC.
